Mr Parastus Nepolo: Managing Director
Mr. Nepolo is a Namibian entrepreneur with a deep passion for contributing to the development of the country, through job creation, mentoring, teaching, and skills transfer.
Mr. Nepolo is a technician by trade having graduated from the Windhoek Vocational Training Centre with a National Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (2003). Mr. Nepolo specialized in subjects such as Engineering science; Engineering Drawing; Mathematics; Basic Accounting and Bookkeeping; Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Trade Theory, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Trade Practice.
In addition to this, he is also a recipient of Certificate in CO2 Refrigerant: Coca-cola (2015) Certificate in Recycling and recovery of refrigerants: GIZ and WVTC (2002) Certificates in Entrepreneurial Skills: GIZ and WVTC (2001).
At a professional level, Mr. Nepolo is the MD of Millennium refrigeration and Electrical Services – a Namibian Business that owns 11 refrigeration and Air Conditioning Branches across Namibia.
Mr. Nepolo has along and proud history of industry leadership, having been a Chairperson of Oshikuku Trade Association: Oshikuku Town Council (2017 – to date) Tender Board member representing NCCI: City of Windhoek (2016 – 2017) , Chairperson of NCCI (Windhoek Branch) (2016 – to date) ,Parish Pastoral Council member of St. Boniface Parish (Pionierspark Catholic Church) (2016 – to date), Exco member of NCCI (Windhoek Branch) (2014 – 2016) ,School Board Special Advisor: Emvula Combined School (2014 – to date), School Board Special Advisor: Onampira Combined School (2012 – to date) and Voluntary Special Advisor: Windhoek Vocational Training Centre (2008 – to date)
Jean-Francois Gahutu : Sales and Operation Director
Jean-Francois Gahutu, Born in Kigali- Rwanda, studied in Rwanda, Uganda, Namibia, and Norway; he has vast experience in Markets Development, Sales Management, and Growth Revenue Management.
He has held a number of executive positions in International and Local companies; he led Coca Cola Namibia Northern region successfully with 7 % growth year in a year, he developed emerging markets for Pepsi Cola Namibia successfully and Pepsi Cola Brands were positioned right next to all competitors and achieved significant growth.
He also worked in Trondheim and Oslo in Norway in FMCG industries, where he is credited with positively growing the markets of Alberta province in Canada when he was with Pepsi Cola Canada (Lethbridge)
Lazarus Shiimi: New Business Development Director
Lazarus Shiimi, known by his stage name Gazza is one of the most commercially successful and best-selling recording artists/producer in Namibia. His Music can be defined as a mixture of several influences namely Kwaito, Dancehall, Reggae, and Hip Hop. Gazza has embarked on tours across Africa ,Canada, Germany, United States, Scotland and has featured a number of artists from these countries, including award-winning artist Davido from Nigeria, Nyanda (Brick n Lace) from the United States, Emtee, Uhuru, Saudi, Mandoza, DJ Cleo ,Zola, Professor from South Africa just to mention a few.
To date, Gazza has released 11 studio albums, all of which have contributed to making him the best-selling recording artist of all time in Namibia. Gazza has won over 2 International Awards and over 30 Namibian awards at which he has won Male Artist of the year over 5 times and received a special recognition award in 2017, which is an award that is given to someone who has greatly contributed to the music industry.
Besides being a lyricist and performer, Gazza takes his influence to another level and amongst others, serves as a Goodwill Ambassador of Education sanctioned by the Ministry of Education as well as the Back to School campaign run by the Office of the President.
Amongst these, Gazza has served as ambassador of NBLs Tafel Lager, Windhoek Draught, Road Safety MVA, Coca Colas Power Play, KIA Motors and, First National Bank just to mention a few. Gazza is also known for is high business acumen. Gazza owns a well-established record label GMP that since 2016 has a label deal with Universal Records.
Michael Matheus: Marketing and Administration Manager
Michael Matheus graduated from the University of Namibia, with an honors degree in Media Studies, Public relations, and English. He served as a Social Media Officer for SOMA and during his time there, he managed the client’s social media pages and maintained their positive public image.
Michael also served as a Marketing Intern for the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund (MVA), where he dealt with events branding, agency management and social media tracking for online media. He possesses experience of the digital marking, SEO, brand creation, lead creation, channel partner creation and customer segmentation, which he acquired from the National Institute of Technology where he served as a Digital Marketing Lecturer.
In his former role of a Marketing and Administrator for the Otshikuku Trade Association, he established and maintained positive relationships with various members of the community and public interest groups, recruited members to the Association and arranged at least one public appearance meeting per month to increase awareness about the association’s services.
